United Hormone is not liable for undelivered items due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

4. Shipment Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided to the customer at the point of shipment

6. Failed Delivery

The customer will be liable for any reshipment costs if delivery fails due to an invalid, undeliverable or incorrect address, an unavailable recipient or refusal to accept delivery.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Package

The customer must notify United Hormone of any damaged, tampered or incorrect shipments as soon as possible upon receipt.

The customer must supply the following information:

• Photos of the package
• Photos of the product
• Video of the unboxing, if available
• Description of the issue

United Hormone will investigate and resolve the complaint in accordance with applicable policies.
